I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service at this store. Although the store offers beautiful and diverse products, the overall experience is negatively impacted by the attitude of the staff. On multiple occasions, I have encountered rude, unprofessional behavior and, unfortunately, actions that could be perceived as discriminatory. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect, regardless of my background or appearance. It is disappointing because the store has great potential, but the quality of customer service needs urgent improvement. I hope management takes this seriously and implements better training to ensure all customers are treated with dignity and respect.

I’ve been there twice with my wife and I’ve felt uncomfortable. Most of the staff don’t seem willing to help or like their job I really hope it’s not racism even when one of the staff member she actually stepped back a couple of steps and looked uncomfortable when I asked a simple question, they seem annoyed and come across as very short and unfriendly.

Decent size Michaels. Inventory was satisfactory. I went in to buy a baby photo book for a new addition to the family. Got these scrapbook albums were a busy new mom just has to add the photos. All the pages are pre-decorated and even include stickers. Success!

Disappointing. Utter lack of inventory. They enlarged the store and you now have a big bright EMPTY store. Empty of products, lack of customer service (I guess they had to cut staff to pay for the higher rent) and an utter lack of Soul, cozy factor is gone. They should have stayed where they were - this was not an improvement. Big let down every time I go.
